The daily surface is the Approval Queue — the wedge. Every outbound asset lands there with its 5-gate verdicts; a human with manager+ role approves, which mints the signed authorization that lets it publish (HE-4).
Auth: OIDC via Zitadel. Authorization is recomputed per request, never read from a UI mirror.
